My professional journey began as a Software Developer, where I gained a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and technical precision. As I advanced to the role of Software Architect, I specialized in designing scalable, maintainable systems and guiding engineering teams toward excellence.
This hands-on technical background remains one of my greatest strengths — enabling me to bridge business objectives with technical realities and ensure that every project decision is grounded in quality, scalability, and long-term value.

This realization led me to transition into Project Management, where I could leverage both my technical expertise and leadership instincts.
Over the past eight years, I’ve led software projects of up to 100 people, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver complex systems on time and at exceptional quality — always with a focus on structure, discipline, and long-term sustainability.
